Guest access
Guests are issued a customized key code that is created for each guest stay. Key codes are changed after each guest departure. Key code will be sent to guest 24hrs before scheduled arrival.

OUTAGES: Wi-Fi, internet, electricity, and water at times have outages. If this happens, please let us know right away and we will attempt to get those restored. If Wi-Fi and internet cannot be restored during your stay, a refund or compensation will not be given. However, if the electricity or water cannot be restored in a timely manner, other options can be discussed.

⚠️ Due to this cabin and pretty much ALL cabins in Broken Bow being located in a forested setting, insects such as mosquitoes, chiggers, ticks, and occasional wildlife are common in the area. Reptiles, poisonous plants, and mushrooms may also be present. We strongly recommend using bug spray, staying on designated paths, and avoiding direct contact with wildlife or unknown vegetation.
For safety reasons, please supervise children and pets closely at all times. We do not accept any responsibility or liability for injuries, allergic reactions, or incidents involving pets or service animals related to insects, animals, reptiles, or natural hazards on or near the property.

♨️HOT TUBS ♨️
Please do not allow anyone to walk, jump, or play on the hot tub cover, as it will break. The condition of the hot tub cover was documented prior to Your arrival. The cost to replace a hot tub cover can be from $450 - $700 and will be billable to You if misused. Our hot tubs are emptied, cleaned, and chemically treated after every rental. To upkeep favorable conditions during your stay, guests should chemically treat the hot tub after each use with the chlorine chemicals that are under the kitchen sink. Please use chemicals as directed on the container. Then wait 30 minutes before using the hot tub.
Hot tub use is strictly at Your own risk. Please consult Your doctor prior to use. Hot tub rules are clearly posted and must be strictly followed. No refund or compensation will be given if the hot tub does not work properly during your stay.
Hot tub rules:
1. No jumping or diving.
2. No glass in or near the hot tub.
3. All children must be supervised at all times.
4. Do not enter the hot tub if temperature is over 104 degrees Fahrenheit.
5. Turn off jets after use.
6. Do not add anything in the hot tub (ex: soaps, bubbles, etc.)
7. Hot tub is a 5 people hot tub. No more than 6 adults should use the hot tub at the same time.
🛏️BUNKBEDS🛏️
The top bunkbed is reserved only for children. No adults are allowed on the top bunk. There is no jumping, climbing, or any horseplay on the bunkbed. You will be held liable for any damage or injuries occurring from improper use of the bunkbeds. A Piece of Peace Cabin is not liable for any injuries or damages resulting from the use of the bunkbeds. Please use appropriate care and caution when using.
🛝OUTDOOR PLAYAREA🛝
The outdoor playground was built for children under the age of 12. Adults and teenagers should not use this area. Children should not be unsupervised when playing on the playground. You will be held liable for any damages or injuries occurring from improper use or prohibited use of the playground. We are not liable for any injuries resulting from the use of the playground. Please use caution and care when using.
🚽SEPTIC SYSTEM 🚽
Please keep food, grease, fats, harmful chemicals, and hair out of the drain. They can clog or damage our system and can cause an expensive plumbing mess. Please do not flush non-degradable items such as dental floss, diapers, wipes (even “flushable” items), hygiene products, or hair. Stagger use of water-based appliances among house guests. All the water in this home’s pipes ends up in the septic system. Efficient water use improves the operation of a septic system and reduces the risk of failure. If there are more people staying in our cabin, it may overload the system and mess up your stay. This is one reason why we cannot accept more than the maximum number of guests. If you perceive an issue with our plumbing, please call us ASAP. In the rare instance that sewage should back up into our home, avoid contact with it.
When in Doubt, Follow an Easy Rule of Thumb: Do not flush or put anything down the drain anything besides human waste and toilet paper.

Most roads leading up to the sub-division (West Fork) are well-maintained. However, roads within West Fork are country roads and not paved roads. Please consider this when choosing which car to drive to Broken Bow.
