The space
Apedeceo villas, consists of two floors. The ground floor is 120 square meters, which will be the floor through which you will enter. First, you'll see the incredible views from the terrace. Before entering the house, you can enjoy the views of the terraced vineyards, a typical arrangement of the Ribeira Sacra. If you follow the contour of the house you will reach the Jacuzzi area, which has sun loungers for sunbathing and relaxing after a swim. From this area, a stone staircase descends the walls (terraces) of vineyards of the same house.
Going back, returning to the terrace, which has an area for resting and barbecuing, you can rest admiring the area and listening to nature. The house's front door is on the same terrace. Upon entering, you'll see that you'll also be delighted by the wonderful views from the bed, the warmth of the fireplace, or by turning on the air conditioning in summer. In the same room you can rest in the lounge area, with all the necessary kitchenware or glassware. To the left of the fireplace, the house has a work or study area. Both tasks can be done with a Wi-Fi network suitable for work or watching any movie on TV. Although we also have interesting books about the area, architecture, decoration, or travel.
At the bottom of the ground floor, leaving behind the open room plus the living room, you will enter the kitchen, with everything you need to cook in a vacation stay. The kitchen also has a dining area. Despite being inside, we do not forget the nature that surrounds us. Inside you will also be surrounded by plants and flowers, which are essential for us, giving life and joy to our spaces.
The kitchen door will give you access to the bathroom, equipped with a large shower and enough space for a quiet bath. Our smart mirror will give you light and magnification for your beauty moment and will automatically demist if you press it.
The spiral staircase will take you to the second floor, which has 32m2, a room with a terrace overlooking the Jacuzzi, with views of the vineyards.
Guest access
You'll have access to all the outdoor and indoor rooms. Except for the storage rooms.
Other things to note
The house has a small first aid kit, as well as gel, shampoo, hand soap, hair dryer, bathrobe and towels. You'll also have oil, salt, and vinegar, plus basic cleaning products.
