Single room, however, the apartment will be shared with two residents, on a quiet and dead-end street, 8 min. walk to the beach, in the trendiest region of Enseada. Close to restaurants, kiosks, fruit shops, supermarkets, snack bars, pharmacies. Because we share common areas, I prefer women. Super family atmosphere. NO guest garage. NON-SHARED living room.

The space
Single room, however, the parting is shared with two residents. It is located 850m from UNAERP - Universidade de Ribeirão Preto - Campus Guarujá and 400m from UNOESTE - Universidade do Oeste Paulista - Campus Guarujá.
The bedroom is single, very small, but it is new and airy, it has:
• Two twin beds.
• Air conditioning.
• Ceiling fan.
• Pinus bookcase, shelves, hooks and wall macaw with hangers.
The bathroom is shared with a resident.
Silent and super-family ambiance.
Garage NOT available, but you can park on the street or in nearby parking lot.
• The sockets are 110V. All appliances and appliances in the apartment are 110V. In the room there is a 220V socket.

• Under no circumstances is it permitted to use the washing machine. If it is necessary to wash any type of clothing, communicate and arrange conditions and values for this type of service with the host in advance.

• The outlets are 110V. All appliances and devices in the apartment are 110V. Only the air conditioning outlet (which is disabled) is 220V.

Neighborhood highlights

The street is very quiet and has no way out. In holidays, high seasons and end-of-year parties, noises can occur. Since September 2020, a work has started in front of the building.
To go to the beach of Enseada walking, the time is 9 minutes straight.
The neighborhood is well located, close to gas stations, conveniences, snack bars - Burger King, Subway, Domino's at 200m; McDonald's, at 500m.
Supermarkets - Carrefour, Extra, Day%. Restaurants, bars, fruit shop with bakery, snack bars and drugstores. Universities UNOESTE and UNAERP. There is no garage, but you can park on the street, or on the side street. The flow of cars can increase in holidays, high season and holiday season.
