The holiday flat is located in the green, near the Mount Sciliar, close to the lake Fiè. The flat is very spacious and has a private garden and an infrared cabin as a sauna. In summer it always stays cool even when it is very hot.
Behind it lies the Völser Bach stream in front of a spruce forest, which is part of the Schlern Rosengarten Nature Park.
The apartment is starting point for fantastic hikes in the Dolomites. The proximity to the Alpe di Siusi makes it ideal for skiing and snowboarding.

The space

The private garden is located directly under the Schlern in front of a small stream behind a spruce forest. The kitchen is equipped with a hotplate, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine and kitchen towels. The bathroom consists of a shower, toilet, washing machine and sink. The hair dryer and the towels are available.
In the sauna room is there an infrared cabin. Also included are bed linen, sofa bed, baby cot, baby chair, flat-screen TV with SAT and digital TV as well as Internet W-LAN. For the vehicle there is a covered parking space. Electricity and heating are included.
