Our authentic Dalmatian Stonehouse, built somewhere in 19th century, is fully renovated. We kept the old charme and added some modern comfort.
There are 3 lovely bedrooms (two with a wonderful seaview and desk), a renovated bathroom, a livingroom with a little kitchen and a 26sqm private rooftop terrace with open seaview and outdoor kitchen.

The old house is just 5 meter away from the beach and directly in the center of Prvić Luka, one of the two old villages on Prvić - a island with no cars.

The space
Next to the house is a good Restaurant and Café, a playground for kids, fresh vegetable market and sometimes also fresh fish. There is also a supermarket, post office, doctor’s office and a Museum of Faust Vrančić. Enjoy the relaxed island, explore the forest with the old Bunkers, rent a boat or make a trip to the National Parks, as islands of Kornati and the waterfalls Krka.

You can reach island by regular boat line that runs few times a day from Sibenik and Vodice, or you can take a taxi boat to the mainland (10 min).

It is a 4 floor house. The entrance of the Apartment is from the seaside (directly from the Restaurant Mareta) in the second floor. Here is also the bedroom 3. At the third floor are the bathroom and the other two bedrooms. And at the fourth floor you found the living room with sofa and kitchen and the big rooftop terrace with the view to the sea.

The first floor and one room in the second floor of the house is not part of this Apartment.

Neighborhood highlights

The village itself has preserved its centuries old charm and you can fell the spirit of the true Mediterranean as it once was. The island is perfect for laid back vacations, but also there are enough of possibilities for a more active vacation.

If you like hiking, you can climb the two hills where on top you can find remains of the World War II military bunkers. The climb is not demanding and you could do it even with kids, as to reach the top of the lower hill it takes about 15-20 min.

In front of the house you can lay in the sun or go snorkeling and besides the sea life, you can see a small boat that sunk some 30 years ago.

If you are more into culture, just behind the house is the museum of Faust Vrancic, the Prvic/Sibenik/Venetian inventor who had a house on Prvic and is buried in Prvic Luka behind the church.

Next to the house is also a modern Playground for kids, a fresh market and sometimes also fresh fish to buy. Here you also can rent a boat/Kayak to explore the little island around.
