A cozy and spacious new apartment in the heart of Nueva de Llanes.

Nueva is a small village located on the eastern coast of Asturias, 11 km from Ribadesella and 22 km from Llanes.

Ideal destination if you love nature, located in a perfect location between the sea and the mountains.

Nueva has all the amenities to complete a pleasant stay in Le Texuques. Supermarkets, bars, restaurants, public parking... and a wide range of plans that will make you fall in love with the eastern coast of Asturias.

First mandatory stop: Cuevas del Mar Beach, just minutes from Les Texuques. You can access it on foot or by car (the latter option may be a little more complicated in the summer months). Even so, we always recommend enjoying the beauty and tranquility of a walk along the green path that leads to the beach.

Guadamía Beach, Gulpiyuri, San Antolín, La Huelga, Torimbia...

You can also visit the incredible Bufones de Pría.

And facing the sea, the immensity and charm of the Picos de Europa, where you can do a host of different activities to fully enjoy nature.
