Check-in: As of 2p.m. In the event of an unforeseen issue, please keep in touch so we can find a solution.
Check-out: No later than 11:00 a.m.
Late Check-out Penalty: Failure to vacate the property by the specified time will result in a charge for an additional night, due to our commitment to the cleaning team and upcoming guests.
Belongings: Leaving items in the unit after check-out is not allowed. We are not responsible for any items left in the property.
4. WATER AND ENERGY CONSUMPTION (STAYS OF 8+ DAYS)
To ensure sustainability and conscious consumption during longer stays:
Stays longer than 8 days: The amount of R$21.00 will be added for each cubic meter (m³) or thousand liters of water and R$1.00 for each kWh of energy consumed.
Transparency: Meter readings will be taken at check-in and check-out in the guest's presence or by means of a photo record for verification.
5. LAUNDRY USE
Washing Machine and Dryer: Available exclusively for stays of 8 (eight) days or more. For short stays, this service is not included to ensure the preservation of the equipment.
6. QUIET AND CARE FOR THE PROPERTY
