I started thinking that it would be nice to have a place to stay in Aoya where you can live like a local.
Please enjoy a relaxing time as if it were your own home.
This is an art gallery where you can stay and see original drawings by the painter Megumi Yamaguchi (1966-2015).
Limited to one group per day, renting the entire house. You can stay and relax.
7-minute walk from JR Aoya Station, 5-minute drive from Aoya Interchange. Free private parking available.
5-minute walk from the building to the sea.
There is a guest kitchen with kitchen utensils, so you can cook during your stay.
We offer self check-in so that you can enjoy your travel time and your trip.
The space
The Western-style room "Room 201" has one semi-double bed.
The Japanese-style room "Room 202" has a small tatami mat.
About the exhibits.
We exhibit Megumi Yamaguchi's paintings on the walls. Please be careful not to touch the exposed paintings.
Amenities
Bath towels, face towels, and cotton swabs are provided.
We provide one set per person.
* To be environmentally friendly, we do not provide disposable razors or toothbrushes. Please bring your own.
* There is no towel exchange service. Please purchase them yourself if you need more.
Shower
Available 24 hours a day
Shampoo, conditioner, and body soap are provided.
There is no bathtub.
There are Takarazu Onsen and Kanoyu Onsen within a 15-minute drive.
There is a hair dryer in each room.
Bathroom
There is one in the building, shared by men and women.
Organic cotton napkins are provided. Please use them if you need any help.
Dining Kitchen
There is a private kitchen.
Free coffee and tea are available. Please enjoy them freely.
Two burner stove, toaster, range, rice cooker, fridge, dishes, etc.,
There are basic condiments (oil, sugar, salt, soy sauce).
You can use them for a fee.
Rice: 1 cup (150 g) 150 yen
Frozen curry: 1 bag 800 yen
Miso: 1 serving (15 g) 80 yen
Sake: 0.5 cup (90 ml) 400 yen
Meals
We don't provide meals.
The guide shows you recommended shops and nearby supermarkets.
Storage room
We have an iron, circulator, electric heater, charging cord, etc. Please use it freely if you need it.
* Disposable toothbrushes are not included in the amenities in consideration of the environment. We would appreciate it if you could bring your own, but we have them available for a fee if you need them. Toothbrush: 300 yen each / Toothpaste: 50 yen each
Parking
Free private parking is available outside the premises (1-minute walk).
Guest access
Private rooms 201 and 202.
You can use the dining kitchen, washroom, shower room, and toilet.
Please enjoy your stay in the gallery area.
Please do not enter the "staff only" area.

Each room is intended for 2 adults, but you can also stay with children. Please contact us by message.
・ Inquiries
Messages after 8 pm may not be answered until the next morning. If you are worried about checking in after 8 pm, please let us know your estimated time of arrival in advance.
・ We offer self check-in, but face-to-face check-in is also possible. In that case, please let me know your estimated time of arrival in advance.
・ Overtime check-in and check-out may incur additional fees. Please contact us first.
・ No one other than guests can stay, including short tours.
- About the washing machine
As of 8/8/2025, the washing machine in the building is broken. Sorry for the inconvenience.
We plan to install a new one as soon as possible.
There is a 24-hour coin laundry 8 minutes on foot and 3 minutes by car. Please use it.
