The space

Antler Mountain Lodge offers class, comfort & 3,800 square feet of space under the roof, plus additional seating areas on a balcony, 2 patios and a porch. The cabin is in Ruidoso's prestigious gated community, White Mountain Meadows, which was unaffected by the fire and flooding that have been in the news. You'll have use of a gate clicker during your stay.
Stays through the month of April are discounted 15% because the master bathroom shower has developed a leak, and cannot be used until it is repaired. We are on a waiting list to have that done. There are two other showers in the cabin. The jetted bathtub in the master bathroom may also be used. This discount has already been applied in our pricing software. The repair is supposed to be completed in April. If for any reason it is not, we will refund 15% of the nightly rental fee to any guest who does not have use of this shower.
This premium custom cabin has the room for your group to truly enjoy your time in our beautiful mountain town. Because it is in a quiet residential neighborhood, it is not suitable for parties, loud gatherings, or guests who would disrespect our neighbors' right to peaceful enjoyment of the serenity of the forest.
Your fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, two full-sized ovens, a microwave, fridge, dishwasher, Keurig and basket style coffee makers, plus a hot water/tea kettle, blender and toaster.
Enjoy the hot tub, and watch frequent wildlife visitors on the 2+ acre property. The garage has been converted into a sports bar/game room, with pool table, shuffleboard, foosball, mini-fridge, and two large TVs to watch more than one game at a time. For outdoor cooking, we have both a propane grill and griddle. Downstairs you'll find an additional bar/den area. Its attached kitchenette includes microwave, mini fridge, coffee pot, and access to our covered bistro patio.
The great room has a living area with a leather sectional couch and matching love seat, plus additional barstool seating that can be used for dining or watching TV. The dining and kitchen areas are all connected to the living room, so everyone can be in one place while meals are prepared and eaten. All TVs come with a Fubo subscription with 200+ news, sport and entertainment channels, plus preloaded apps for you to sign in and watch the other streaming services you subscribe to.
There are three large, well-appointed King bedrooms upstairs. 2 of them have sliding-door access to the large balcony, and the third has four large windows to look out on the beauty of the White Mountain Meadows neighborhood. There is a smaller Queen bedroom downstairs with a view of the large front yard, and a nicely finished open basement area with two separate sleeping areas, One has a King bed, and the other has a Queen Murphy bed.
We have three large full restrooms, plus a half-bath off the living room with toilet and sink. The exquisite master bath has both a jetted tub with its own fireplace and a two-headed walk-in shower, plus two sinks and vanities.
We're really proud of the things our guests have noticed about the high standards we maintain, and our commitment to helping you and your family or friends have the best vacation ever. This cabin is a replacement for the original Antler Mountain Lodge, which we lost in the South Fork Fire of 2024. We spent 8 months renovating and upgrading it, an are very proud of the results.
This cabin is in a quiet residential neighborhood. It is not suitable for loud parties.

Other than a few locked storage areas, the entire home and 2+ acre site are entirely yours when you stay at the all-new Antler Mountain Lodge.
Other things to note
PRICING - Prices are not negotiable. Our pricing software automatically calculates discounts for low season, midweek stays, weeklong stays, last minute bookings, etc. We have high fixed and per-stay costs, and also pay AirBnB a 15.5% commission on every dollar it collects.
SERVICE - After going through several mediocre property management companies and inattentive housekeepers, I made the decision to quit my day job, sell my home in Texas, and move to where our cabins are, to better provide the level of service, hospitality and cleanliness we expect when we travel. I live nearby and work constantly on our cabins whenever they're unoccupied, to make improvements, and keep up with maintenance and deep cleaning.
CANCELLATION POLICY - Please note we use AirBnB's "firm" cancellation policy, which we feel offers the fairest balance between giving guests a reasonable time frame to modify or cancel trip plans, while protecting us from hard-to-fill last minute cancellations. Please consider purchasing trip insurance if it would cause a serious financial hardship to cancel within the reduced refund period.
PARTIES - If you're looking to host a loud, late-night party that will interfere with our neighbors' sleep, and/or peaceful enjoyment of the serenity of the forest, this is not the cabin for you. If authorities verify a noise complaint, the Village of Ruidoso can require us to immediately evict you. If that happens, there is no refund. This is true at any cabin in Ruidoso. I just want to be clear and up front about it.
GOLF - Full disclosure: I have no idea why AirBnB lists this cabin in the "Golfing" category. It is not on a golf course. Every time I try to change that in the listing, AirBnB changes it back. There are multiple courses nearby, including one about a mile away. I just want to be sure there's no confusion about that.
