My place is within 5 minutes walking distance of Ballina town. Its a cosy, newly refurbished house with all mod cons and perfect for famillies / fishermen / couples / business travel. Recognized as the salmon capital of Ireland Ballina hosts the annual Salmon Festival each July. The long sandy beach of Enniscrone is about 8km down the road and has more children’s facilities plus a great golf links course. Knock airport is a 40 minute drive away.

The space
Lovely quiet neighbourhood with a large green out front, large area out back also.
This house has 3 bedrooms: Room 1 : double bed. Room 2 : double bed and singled bed. Room 3 : bunk beds . All are furnished with wardrobes, lockers etc .

Sitting room comprises of a 3 seater, 2 seater and 1 armchair.
