Welcome to our beautiful and spacious single-family home at Park South Place, located in the NW of Albuquerque! This charming 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom house offers a comfortable retreat with a great floor plan, a fully equipped kitchen, and a lovely extended patio for outdoor enjoyment. Walking distance to breweries, restaurants, convenience stores, and many delicious eateries, and just a few minutes to the nearest hospital.
Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun.

The space
The home on the second floor has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a laundry room.
On the first floor, there is a flex room that can be used as a 4th bedroom or as an office, one spacious living area, dining, kitchen, and a half-size bathroom.

Just minutes from Presbyterian Rust Hospital, the Petroglyph National Monument, several parks nearby, a movie theater, and marketplaces. Whether you're here for work, wellness, or leisure, this home offers a nice, comfortable place to return to each day.
