Welcome to your peaceful waterfront retreat just 10 minutes from the U.S. Naval Academy and downtown Annapolis! This newly, beautifully renovated two-story cottage offers 3 bedrooms and 1 full bath (tub/shower combo). The deluxe king bedroom features sweeping water views, and the second bedroom has two queen beds—perfect for families or friends. The third bedroom has a full size bed.

Cook at home in the fully equipped kitchen or on the grill, then dine at the indoor table for 6 with views of Meredith Creek. End your day by the fire pit with s’mores under the stars or watch the moonlight reflect on the water.

Unwind in the enclosed porch with cozy seating and panoramic bay views, or relax in the waterfront yard under the big trees. The private pier is ideal for fishing, crabbing (license included for 2 pots—just bring bait), or wildlife watching. You might spot river otters, deer, foxes, and local birds like herons, osprey, and cardinals.

Bring your boat! Docking available with pre-approval (2.5 ft min draft; boats up to 25’). Insurance required.

Guests have full, private access to the entire property—including the waterfront pier for crabbing and fishing, a fully equipped kitchen, living room with Smart TV and ultra-comfy Lovesac sofa, two bedrooms, a dining area that seats six, and an enclosed porch with cozy wicker seating and bay views.

Enjoy the spacious backyard with waterfront green space, Circular concrete patio complete with Adirondack chairs, fire pit, outdoor grill, and benches overlooking Meredith Creek.

Please note: Use of the pier, water access, boating, and any swimming is at your own risk. Exercise caution near the water.

Crabbing license is included for the use of two pots on the property—just bring bait! Fishing requires a personal license via the Maryland DNR.

You may spot wildlife including deer, herons, otters, and our local ducks, "Lucy & Donald". (Cracked corn is provided if you’d like to feed them!)

Please note that all guests must be registered and no large parties will be permitted. Free parking for 2-3 vehicles is located in front of the two story property in the driveway. We thank you for being respectful of our friends and neighbors.
