A newly built modern, barrier-free 60 m² apartment in our lovingly renovated half-timbered house awaits you, with 2 - 4 sleeping places, embedded in our spacious garden area on the edge of the forest. Arrive, linger, silence. It is only 5 km from the A7 exit Hedemünden and yet cozy "at the end of the world" and offers many beautiful exciting excursion destinations in "Frau Holle Land" at Hoher Meißner & the Kaufunger Forest. The half-timbered town of Hann. Münden with its cafes and the like is 10 km away.

The space
You enter a beautiful, modern and bright ground floor apartment. The 160-year-old sandstone walls on the inside of the apartment give it the dignified warm atmosphere of our "owl cave." In the small but spacious bright kitchen, you can conjure up delicious food with very nice furnishings. The cozy living/dining room with comfortable sofa, armchairs with wonderful views of the woods and our beautiful garden area invites you to get together. The bathroom is very spacious and has a barrier-free shower and a bidet.
Last but not least, the bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed, a wing chair, cozy blankets and a small adjoining terrace overlooking the woods.
You can feel completely comfortable here. Our catering is located in the main house, from which delicious dishes can be had from time to time. In the foyer, cozy sofas, a fireplace and a small library invite you to browse. There are 12 nice people living here and you meet for some enriching conversation in the foyer. In the forests around our house, paths from 20 minutes to all day can be walked.

Our beautifully landscaped garden area between rose bushes and wilderness invites you to linger in various undisturbed places. Our fireplace is also available with firewood, chairs, pillows and a grill.

Hooray – Our sauna area is finally ready. Small sauna with space for 2-4 people, a small relaxation room, toilet, sink and shower and small outdoor terrace. The sauna can be booked individually or used jointly, entirely according to your wishes.

New with us: FAMILY CELEBRATIONS and SEMINARS in the CENTER OF GERMANY. A total of 20 beds are available in two beautiful apartments, one of them barrier-free, a dignified construction trailer, a cozy hut and two double rooms. (All properties can be found in my profile).
In our light-flooded hall of 80 m² with music system, small bar, cozy sofa corner and fireplace, you can celebrate and dance together. The hall has access to the garden and the 100 m² roof terrace. A fully equipped commercial kitchen is at your disposal for self-catering. And of course, with our catering, we can offer you a delicious buffet from "vegan specialties" to fine "wild from the Berlepscher Wald". It's worth checking out : ).

Guest access
Our village Ziegenhagen on the edge of the forest is only 5 km from the A7 highway exit Hedemünden and is very easily accessible. In the village itself, you drive through the main road almost to the top and then our house is on the right side. Parking is available on the property and on the street in front of the house.

Our house is a non-smoking house. In front of the house there is a place to smoke. Dogs are welcome. Three dogs live in the house itself : )...
