Anglesea Beach Holidays is positioned across the road from the Anglesea beach and river. Brand new luxury home with smart TVs in all bedrooms and both living rooms. Four private balcony’s. High speed WiFi. Full size kitchen. Three bathrooms and 3 toilets. Amazing views, all behind a secure gated fence. 25 meters to restaurants and cafes. Brand new commercial linen provided. 2 queen beds, 4 king singles & for the bigger group 4 king single trundle beds. Every room air conditioned. Fully furnished

This luxurious triple story townhouse with modern contemporary in design and leading edge in style with high end European appliances, stone bench-tops, timber & carpet flooring throughout. The colour palette caters perfectly to the surrounding natural beach environment and has instant appeal. Designed by prominent Melbourne Architects, Michael Angus that is ahead of its time in Anglesea. With multiple living zones with access to outdoor covered balconies ensuring carefree entertaining whilst embracing the sea breeze. The open plan kitchen dining on the top floor showcases the enviable position of being across the road from the river and ocean beach. Whilst there is reverse cycle heating/air conditioning, opening the large sliding doors adds a refreshing element to the space. There are 4 spacious bedrooms with BIR plus 3 bathrooms and separate laundry with direct outdoor access. There is a security alarm and gated car park create a perfect private beach holiday, so all you need to do is arrive and relax. Everything is located so close that this perfect position.
We provide all linen (except beach towels), Robes, and quality sheets.
The house has most cooking utensils, and a fantastic stove, oven and BBQ.
You will find many new board games, and a small amount of gym equipment.
Nothing is overlooked, for you to enjoy your stay, we even provide lounges on all four balconies, so everyone get a place to relax in private.
- we provide two porta cots (no linen for cots), note their is stairs and no child gate on stairs.

You have full access to the whole house. 3 floors, courtyard, double carport, four balcony's, full size kitchen and laundry.

Other things to note
* We do NOT accept bookings from School Leavers (Schoolies).
* Strictly no Footy Trips, Buck's or Hen's Parties, no underage school leavers, Parties etc. Excessive noise will result in immediate eviction.
* If you have Cold or Flu symptoms, or have been in contact with a COVID-19 infected person, you will not be allowed to proceed with booking.
* We have a COVID-19 Safety plan. We Clean and Sanitise between visitors.
