Come enjoy the beautiful views & relax in this 10th floor 1920s Beaux-Arts loft located in the Historic Core. The industrial past of this renovated space is still present in its high concrete ceilings and floors.

Pershing Square across the street is a hub for many protests and events. Plan accordingly.

Guest access
The entire unit is yours to enjoy (except for a small cabinet above the refrigerator and stove)! By being on the 10th floor, with only one shared wall, you will thoroughly enjoy the unexpected peacefulness and tranquility while still being the center of it all.

Other things to note
Early Check-Ins are rare. If you are arriving early considering booking the day before or reserve luggage storage online using Radical Storage until check in. Or head to Venice and Santa Monica for the day (right next to LAX) before heading east to downtown.

Overnight parking is available across the street underground at Pershing Square for $20 per night. But DTLA is best enjoyed without a car.

Per building security rules, guest may be required to provide government ID to host after booking and/or guard upon check-in.

Please make sure not to leave anything behind. We cannot ship items back to you!

DO YOUR RESEARCH on Historic Core and DTLA. We’re next to Pershing Square and a Metro Station, where numerous homeless people and other riff raffle are typically present. Police presence is minimal and are slow to respond for issues. This is NOT in our control which is why we are transparent about it. If you choose to stay here and acknowledge the neighborhood we will presume that you will give us 5 star ratings on location, unless there is something specific we did not disclose.
