A freshly renovated Chalet, with all the mod cons. Plenty of space for two couples or families with two bedrooms upstairs plus open plan living, bathroom and laundry downstairs. This is your home away from home, in a quiet cul-de-sac yet walking distance to National Park Train Station, Station Cafe, Macrocarpa Cafe, Schnapps Bar and Park n Ride for transport to Whakapapa ski field in the winter. Mountain bike trails await and we are on the doorstep of the famous UNESCO Tongariro National Park.

The space
This new look Chalet is not only modern but offers all the comforts of home, including a drying cupboard suitable for your wet snow, hiking or biking gear. It's located in a quiet street, yet minutes from amenities, cafes, shops and transport options.

The A-frame chalet is standalone, located at the front of the property.

Note that we own both this chalet and the rear chalet. Search for Fitchett chalet to find this on AirBNB. If your group is larger than 6 people you may like to book this chalet as well. We will offer a 20% discount for a double booking.

There is a large shed that is shared with the front chalet and is available for securely storing bikes or ski gear. The key to the padlock will be on the chalet keys.
