This accommodation is ideal for those who want to stay in the heart of the city surrounded by cafes and a few blocks from the gastronomic area of Mendoza, Aristides Villanueva Street, and also surrounded by 5 more important and beautiful squares of our town where you can do everything on foot.

Ideal for families of 5 or couples as double beds can be set up in each room.

The space
The home is in a fast and easily accessible ground floor building.

The rooms are designed to provide comfort and comfort to our guests , equipped with Air conditioning and Smart TV ( with all the platforms where you can place your users).

We also provide a premium set of sheets and a set of towels for each person during the stay. For stays longer than 28 days, 2 sets per bed will be provided for use, which the guest is required to wash during their stay.

You can enjoy the patio where there are some very comfortable armchairs and read a book while you rest outdoors.

We have a kitchen with everything you need to cook in your stay with electric oven ( there is a ceiling fan) and 1 bathroom.
