Nestled in the picturesque landscape of Costa Brava, just a leisurely walk from the charming village of Begur, our sun-drenched home is a sanctuary of tranquility and beauty. Overlooking the stunning Mediterranean Sea and the enchanting Medes Islands, this open-plan abode is an idyllic retreat, thoughtfully designed to cater to families, professionals, and adventurers alike (or any combination thereof).

The space
The house is thoughtfully divided into two distinct sections, each designed to offer guests comfort, luxury, and connection with the natural beauty of our surroundings.

The upper section boasts four elegantly designed bedrooms, each crafted to provide a unique atmosphere and vista. The northern bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed perfect for kids, while the others feature plush double beds.

One of these bedrooms has been transformed into a fully functional office space, complete with screens, a printer, and fast internet. Above the office, a cozy mezzanine with a double bed and private balcony offers a tranquil retreat.

Adjacent to this serene workspace, another mezzanine, built above the children's bedroom, serves as a vibrant playroom. This bright and cheerful area, filled with toys and books, not only provides endless entertainment for the younger guests but also offers stunning views of Begur itself, the forests and hills, and amazing sunsets.

Three of the upstairs bedrooms offer direct access to the garden.

Descending to the lower level, the lower house unfolds into a spacious living room, a welcoming space perfect for gathering for movie nights, enjoying quiet evenings by the fire, or enjoying a meal and drinks in the open-plan, state-of-the-art kitchen with its comprehensive selection of cookware and utensils. Adjacent to the open living space, you'll find an extra room that offers flexibility according to your needs. This cozy nook is perfect for quiet afternoons with a book, offering a peaceful escape, it can serve as an additional sleeping area for an extra guest, or be used as an office.

The bedroom of the lower space embodies privacy and opulence. It is furnished with a sumptuous double bed , a walk-in closed, and an attached en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi.

The atrium’s northern facade is adorned with an expansive array of windows and French doors, leading out to your secluded garden. Here, under the shade of a wisteria-covered pergola, you enjoy the gentle whispers of the Mediterranean breeze.

Outside, you will also find our 23-foot, kidney-shaped pool, nestled within a terrace of natural stone. It offers panoramic views of the sea, the historic town, and the rolling hills beyond, serving as a breathtaking setting for a leisurely swim or moments of tranquil relaxation.

The roof terraces, cascading across different levels, provide a 360-degree view of the lovely Costa Brava.

While a scenic 25-minute walk through the forest leads you to the serene Sa Riera Beach, those preferring a quicker route can reach its golden sands in just three minutes by car. This proximity allows for spontaneous beach visits, whether for a morning swim or an evening stroll by the sea.

But Sa Riera is just the beginning. Our home serves as the perfect base to explore a variety of nearby beaches, each with its unique charm. Aiguablava, with its crystal-clear waters and fine sand, is a paradise for those who seek tranquility and beauty. Calella de Palafrugell, a picturesque fishing village, offers charming coves and a glimpse into traditional coastal life.
