Welcome to An Tigín

A warm and cosy off-grid cabin nestled between the mountains and the sea. Here, you can experience an idyllic escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Located on the "Wild Atlantic Way" and 3km from the picturesque village Glengarriff, it offers a perfect blend of relaxation and nature.

Whether you choose to swim in the calm waters or simply prefer to curl up with a good book, An Tigín provides the perfect setting to unplug and recharge your mind and body.

The space
At our retreat we take pride in our eco-friendly approach. While we don't offer electricity or Wi-Fi, you'll have access to 4G/5G connectivity for your mobile phones if you need to stay connected. For your convenience, we provide a portable power bank to keep your devices charged and LED lighting. There is an area where you can charge your devices as needed. We also have a composting toilet.

Our cooking facilities are intentionally simple, featuring a cooler box with ice for food storage and a camping stove. Hot water is available for washing and showering.

Enjoy your tea or coffee with the pure taste of our private well water, drawn directly from our well, bored 360-foot deep into the rock. It's naturally pure and completely free from fluoride and chemicals.
