Spacious pool house with a full kitchen and living area , access to a pool and hot tub (access to hot tub seasonal),as well as a yard for sitting and relaxing or watching your children play .More sleeping options available upon request in advance . No children under 15 in hot tub ( no jumping out of the hot tub either, )you will be asked to leave if your children are jumping off the sides )or younger children in hot tub .

Has a nice outdoor sitting area with a fire feature and lots of open space overlooking the pool.
Guest access
You will have access to the whole out door area in front of the pool house ( important, our area is near our door ) but not in the same area exactly
Other things to note
Internet is not fast and it’s often spotty , in this area for some reason we have no access to cable companies either so … we do the best we can .access is Poolhouse password is Retreat1
We do allow smoking outside only .
We charge 30 dollars per person after 4 people ( no wild parties )
Hot tub will not be in use for the summer due to the heat .

I’m a 58year old grandmother . I love people and of course traveling and staying in B&B’s . My wonderful husband and I were wondering what we should do with this pool house and here we go on a new adventure. We live a simple life , take care of our grandchildren and pets , we have dogs , cats, and a hedgehog as well as two Parrots and a bearded dragon . Yes , this is how I fill my days when I’m not at work on the weekends as an LPN.
