Located in TMC, walking distance to MD Anderson, Children Hospital, Methodist Hospital etc., also there is shuttle at the door. Just bring your luggage and let us take care of the rest. We provide furnishings, linens, and housewares. Our apartments are professionally managed, giving you a clean and comfortable environment. Every apartment is fully furnished and professionally cleaned between residents. It also includes Wi-Fi, TV (Antenna, Netflix or Roku). 556 sq. ft.

The space
The free valet parking and self garage parking is an added bonus and the doorman and the concierge associates are extremely personable and eager to assist in any way. Located in the heart of the medical center in Houston, many of the hospitals & doctors’ offices are within walking distance.
Very convenient to MD Anderson with an on demand shuttle that will take you anywhere within a 5 mile range of apartment, it is free shuttle runs from 5:30 am to 8:00 pm Monday-Friday. The apartment is clean and comfortable and the building is gorgeous with amazing amenities.

We provide a key fob (scanner), a parking tag, and a mail box key.

- Hang the parking tag at the front of the car for automatic gate opening to
the 'residence' garage. Valet parking included.
- Mail box key and address provided for any shipment. (Amazon supported)
- Convenient trash chutes located on each floor. (Bagged Trash)
- Free shuttle to get you anywhere within a 3 mile radius. Ex. MD Anderson,
