The space
The space is simple and clean. Free from clutter so you may enjoy your rest and relaxation, while also having a clear space to focus. Come as you are and enjoy every day living or a special staycation alone or with a loved one.
Guest access
You may freely use the entire studio unit and items inside it. We have curated the simple space to have basic items to make every day life a bit more familiar so we hope you feel right at home.
As we are located inside a condo vicinity, we respectfully request for your shared care and consideration of the public and shared spaces with fellow guests, neighbors, and personnel.

• Please see images and inclusions list to see what will be provided per stay. Should you need more of or don't see items you'll need, please don't forget to pack your own. Extra and/or change of bed sheets and towels during stay are available with a fee upon request.
• Includes cooking basics such as a pot and pan but no oil, salt, and pepper, and other ingestible ingredients (for sanitary purposes) Please bring your own should you be cooking during the stay.
~amenities~
• POOL: Open 7am - 9pm, Tues - Sun. Closed on Mondays for maintenance.
• Free to use main pool for 2 hours. Timed schedules are 7-9am, 9-11am, 11-1pm, 1-3pm, 3-5pm, 5-7pm, 7-9pm.
• Login at the clubhouse is required prior to use. Advance pool use scheduling at clubhouse is recommended.
• During peak seasons or influx of amenities users, slot reservation 1 day prior to use is required.
• Appropriate swimwear attire is required to swim. Kindly bring towel and change of clothes. As courtesy to other condo tenants and guests, please dry yourself prior to exiting the pool area.
• Other amenities are also closed EVERY OTHER Monday. Kindly message us if you wish to confirm the amenities' availability during your preferred dates.
• Use of other amenities will also require log in at the clubhouse on a first come first serve basis as both tenants and guests are welcome to use these.
~pay parking~
• If parking is needed, 1 basement parking is reserved for you during your entire stay for Php200 per night fee. You may enter/exit any time during your stay.
• More pay parking is available inside and outside the condo on a first come first serve basis upon arrival. Reservation and fee are shouldered by guest.
• Please do not leave valuable items inside the car while parked. Host and the condo will not be liable for any loss and/or damage.
~guests~
• Only registered guests are allowed. As the studio space is limited, max of 2 pax can ensure a comfy and safe stay.
• Day visitors allowed. Kindly loop in the Host of the names of the day visitors. Please have them bring valid ID and log in with condo personnel. Pay parking is shouldered by guest/visitor. No overnights, otherwise will incur extra pax fee per night if Php800/pax.
~long stays welcome~
• For longer stays (29 days or more), there is a monthly utilities cap. Any excess will be shouldered by guest. This is further discussed upon inquiry/booking, and rest assured the cap has been determined by the averaged of monthly usage.

• Utilities and Wi-Fi outages are out of host's control. Please notify us via Airbnb chat as soon as possible so we may assist to resolve the issue.
