Stand alone Granny Flat at the rear of our family home.
Comprises of 1 queen size bedroom.
Shower / Laundry Room with washer/dryer and walk in shower, equipped with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner.
Large combined Lounge, Kitchen and Dining areas.
Outside deck with sofa and table.
Guest access
Access to Amelia Grove.
There is street parking in nearby in the small cul de sac and in the street a 2 minute walk away. Unfortunately there is no parking at our property.
When you arrive please go through the double white gates and up the side of the house, stay to the right and up 3 steps to the back garden and along the pavers that lead to the steps of the deck of Amelia Grove.
