🌹 La Rosa 18 is a multi-family home that is family owned and family run with 4 fully remodeled apartments and two shops on site (one is a tea room/apothecary and the other a soon to come ice cream shop!) 🌿

🇵🇷 Enjoy this laid back 1 bedroom apartment featuring a spacious room, living room, kitchen and tropical vibes! Relax while being part of a vibrant, eclectic and electric neighborhood. 🤹🏻

🏡 Our Ambar Apt is a single level apartment located on the ground floor of the back patio of the house overlooking our green and leafy patio. With a large spacious bedroom and two working desks, it is perfect for the young remote working traveling couple. ☘️

Safety tips: trust your instincts, use street smarts, and rely on Uber for door-to-door rides if needed. For peace of mind, this building has security cameras at entrances and patio area, plus a 24hr Walmart & Walgreens just across the street. ✅

San Juan, Puerto Rico

With Walmart and Walgreens just across the street as well as some well known places such as Puttanesca Pizzeria, Tostado Coffee Shop, Johnny & June Vintage Shop and the Museum of Contemporary Art just one block away, you will be staying in a very centric area known to everyone in San Juan as La Parada 18 in Santurce. Just a few blocks away you have the highly sought after arts street of Calle Cera with many urban street art and chic dining restaurants. You are also an easy 10-15min walk to Condado Beach and the more upscale touristic area of Condado as well as an 8-10min walk to Miramar, another nice neighborhoody area in San Juan with more coffee shops and restaurants to visit. The neighborhood itself can be perceived by some as a bit rough so I always compare it to a Bushwick type neighborhood reckoning its roots as long-time residents and new residents cultivate a culture that’s unique to the revitalized neighborhood. With an influx of young residents who are drawn to Santurce lower cost of living, there’s been a shift toward a more art-focused culture.
