A contemporary, architect designed home offers resort style living, 12 metre pool and seamless indoor/outdoor living. Perfect for an extended family or group of friends, Always Summer is an exhibition of style, space and quality. Ideally located, backing onto parkland reserve in a secluded and private cul-de-sac minutes from Boomerang Beach.

The space
Contemporary 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom pet friendly home with garden view backing onto playing fields, a swimming pool and moments to Boomerang Beach, shops and dining.

At the entry level is the fully air-conditioned modern living/dining: open plan with polished timber flooring, flat screen TV and built in sound system. This opens onto an outdoor entertaining area with outdoor setting, pool lounges, umbrella and gas BBQ.

Kitchen: Fully equipped gourmet kitchen with large fridge/freezer, 5 burner gas stove with range hood, electric oven, microwave and dishwasher.

Bedroom 1: King bed (or can be set up as Twin) with wardrobes and ceiling fan, separate air-conditioning, garden outlook.

Bedroom 2: Very small single bedroom, with single bed and some hanging space

Bedroom 3: Queen Bed with ceiling fan with large walk in wardrobe and small study space and desk

Bedroom 4: Twin beds with walk in wardrobe and ceiling fan

Bedroom 5: Master with king bed, ensuite with large stone bath, shower and separate toilet, large walk in wardrobe, balcony overlooking pool and gardens, fully air-conditioned

Pristine Boomerang Beach, which was recently voted Australia's second best beach is a wonderful escape just over 3 hours from Sydney.

From Spring to Autumn, the area offers a sub-tropical climate perfect for water activities with pristine beaches and crystal clear waters. Winter is just as magical, though a cooler climate, great for nature walks by the beach or through the national parks and surrounding waterways. The migration of the whales between May and October is a true sight to behold.

If you want a change of scene from Boomerang Beach then you can choose between beautiful Blueys Beach for more surfing and body boarding, patrolled Elizabeth Beach for swimming and for the bolder beachgoer Shelly Beach is a clothing optional beach!

Shops / Supplies
Blueys Beach is a couple of minutes in the car or a 15 minute stroll and this has Blueys Cellars and Deli, a General Store, Cafes, Hueys Pizza, Indonesian inspired fare from Kembali, Fish and Chips from Drift and a surf shop. Five minutes further will take you to Foodworks at Charlotte Bay which has a wider selection of food including hot roast chicken and fresh seafood.
Forster is a 20 minute drive and has the larger shops such as Woollies, Coles, Kmart and Aldi.

*Wallingat State Forest has some great trails for walking or mountain biking and the spectacular views from Whoota Whoota lookout are not to be missed
