Our home is perfect for those who prefer to travel together, or individually, and spacious enough so you can enjoy your own peace and quiet in one of our four cozy, TV-equipped bedrooms, 2-1/2 bathrooms, chefs kitchen, three backyard patios and playground.

An upscale custom home neighborhood centrally located in the heart of Albuquerque. Just minutes away from the magnificent Sandia Mountains, the Rio Grande river, Nob Hill, Downtown, Uptown and Old Town Albuquerque. Blocks and walking distance to Parks, Grocery stores like Whole Foods, Smiths, the Malls and Local Bakeries, Breweries and Eateries. Every Thursday walk, drive or ride to Altura park for the food truck fair and live bands. Our home neighbors diverse custom million dollar homes. From the moment you step into our four-bedroom, 2-1/2 bathroom home, you will feel transported to your own calm, peaceful and relaxed home. This was the architects personal home built in 1970. After a day of exploring all the wonders that New Mexico has to offer. Relax in the tranquility of the indoors or unwind in your private backyard with a fire pit, BBQ grill
and playground for the kids.

KITCHEN AND DINING:
The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with all name brand appliances. An electric stove with a convection and electric oven, huge microwave, full-sized refrigerator / freezer with built-in ice machine and filtered water dispenser and super quiet dishwasher. Toaster, Blender, Keurig Coffee maker, hand mixer and more.

The dining room features a table that can comfortably seat 8 guests along side a breakfast bar where additional seating is available.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS:
Our home is perfect for those who prefer to travel together, or individually, and spacious enough so you can enjoy your own peace and quiet in one of our four cozy TV - equipped bedrooms, 2-1/2 bathrooms, three backyard patios and playground.

BEDROOM 2: The Balloon Fiesta Room

Features a King Size bed, nightstands and touch-activated bedside lamps with charging stations, a 43-inch Amazon Fire smart TV and local photography from the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta.
