Your Altimera premium studio is fully private and comfortably accommodates:

🎿 SKI STORAGE
This studio includes access to a dedicated ski locker (109) located in the ski-depot area on the first floor, allowing you to store your equipment safely and move freely between slopes and home.
The resort layout makes it easy to step out, clip in, and return just as smoothly.

This property looks out onto the Mountains above the Twins building, a view of the valley to the left, and an adjacent ski lift to the right.

You are staying inside New Gudauri Ski Resort, one of Georgia’s most vibrant alpine destinations. - You will be in Apartment 109 (ALCHEMY) in Block F3. One of 11 Altimera Units in the same block.
- This apartment has a view onto The Mountains towering over the Twins building, and a slight view of the adjacent ski-lift to the left.
Everything is within easy reach from inside the resort:
- Ski lifts and slopes (3 Minute Walk)
- Restaurants, cafés, après-ski spots (Within a 5 minute walk).
- SPAR supermarket just 25 meters away, right inside the resort.
