After booking, you’ll receive a rental agreement to review and sign within 24 hours of booking.
A $300 security deposit hold is required prior to check-in. This is processed securely through Stripe (outside of Airbnb) and is allowed since we are API connected with Airbnb’s system. This ensures your reservation is protected while keeping the process seamless and secure.

You’ll have full, private access to the entire home and property during your stay.
Inside, enjoy two bedrooms, a cozy living space with Murphy-style bunks, a fully stocked kitchen, dining area, bathrooms with essentials, and a washer and dryer. WiFi and Smart TVs are available throughout the home.
Outside, guests have private lakefront access with a pier, hot tub, sauna, fire pit (wood provided), patio seating, hammocks, and yard games. Water equipment includes a seasonal pontoon boat (operator must be 23+), pedal boat, kayaks, paddleboard, and life jackets stored in the shed. A small sandy area makes it easy for younger kids to play and wade.
Parking is available in the gravel driveway for multiple vehicles and trailers.
