Large smart TV with high-speed WiFi, comfortable seating, and a trundle sofa that converts to a spacious sleeping area (between full and queen). Dining table for two—perfect for meals or remote work.
Fully Equipped Kitchen
Full-size refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, glass-top stove/oven, microwave, toaster, and both Keurig & drip coffee makers. Cookware, dishes, basic spices and oils provided. Seasonal farm gifts such as fresh eggs, honey, or pecans may be available.
Bathroom
Walk-in shower with removable shower head, vanity, hair dryer, makeup mirror, and starter toiletries.
Laundry
Stacked washer and dryer with detergent, iron, and ironing board.

You’re welcome to visit our free-range chickens behind the barn and say hello to the goats — they love friendly visitors and the occasional approved treat.

Shared access to the homeowner’s gas grill, griddle, and electric pellet smoker is available upon request.

The apartment is located up one flight of stairs and may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility.
