Sunny apartment, newly renovated, with garden: it is located on the ground floor of a semi-detached house, in a quiet area (max 30 per hour) of Solduno. A stone's throw from the bus/train stop, ideal starting point for trips in the region. It accommodates up to 4 people: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with tub, 1 bathroom with toilet. Full kitchen. Bright living room overlooking the terrace and garden for private and fenced use. Free parking. Tourist tax CHF2.00 per person from 14 years.

The space
The apartment is sheltered and enjoys the sun all year round: it is located on the ground floor and is about 80 square meters. It has a large double bedroom with 2 single beds and a smaller room with 2 single beds.

In the same area, there is a large and beautiful playground suitable for the little ones but also for older children.
5 minutes away is access to the Maggia river floodplain: an ideal place for pleasant walks. The same walk leads to the Parco delle Camelie, the Lido, the Termali Salini and the public baths; even by bike the walk is really pleasant, away from busy roads!

Now I live with my husband and daughter in Solduno, above my vacation apartment: I'm an elementary school teacher and I teach in Ascona.
