Neighborhood highlights

Our house is 10 minutes to the city center and 5 minutes to the shopping malls. It is located 25 minutes away from Maşukiye and Sapancaya.

In addition to being close to the city, the proximity to Kartepe's magnificent natural forests (Samanlı Mountains) is 5 min. That's why our guests have a lot of activities.

There are many activities close to the area. Hiking hikes in Kartepe, the possibility of skiing in the winter, morning walking in the nest dam, hobit houses in the natural life park to the forest, and the enjoyment of tea at sunset on the beach are only a part of them.
