The apartment is located in the Urbanization Vistalmar Duquesa Norte, within the commonwealth Hacienda Guadalupe in the municipality of Manila, in the heart of the Costa del Sol, between the cities of San Luis de Sabinillas at 6 km, and Sotogrande at 15 km. A very well maintained place with large green areas and a closed park for dogs, from here you can access the magnificent beach of La Chullera taking a walk and walking along the coastline to the north you can reach the nearby Puerto de la Duquesa or even the beach of San Luis de Sabinillas. If we cross the coast in the south we will visit numerous beaches and coves with various chiringuitos.
