AKWA House is located in Hermanus, with beautiful views of beaches, mountains & lagoon. Located 2 roads away from the famous Grotto blue flag beach. (10 min walk).

AKWA sleeps 10-12 people. It has 5 bedrooms; 5 bathrooms. The house is family friendly with 2 lounges, one with pool table, table tennis table and bar area.
We welcome large families or groups of friends to come and enjoy a wonderful stay and enjoy beautiful Hermanus.

Hermanus: A great tourist destination with stunning restaurants, as well as a great 18 hole golf course, and wine farms located in the Stanford and Hemel and Aarde Valley.

Overstrand Local Municipality, Western Cape, South Africa

Beach: It is 2 roads down to the beach with stunning sea views on the front balcony and mountain views from the back of the house's balcony.

Spa: There is a wonderful spa at The Marine Hotel in the town which is 10 min drive away and cater for couples massages etc as well.

Golf: There is a beautiful Hermanus golf course about 5 min drive from the house.

Conference Venues: Wi-fi is available.
For conferences we can only accommodate 8 adults (sharing a room but not a bed) with 3 rooms having double beds.

Family friendly: It is very family friendly but would not recommend for children under the ages of 3 years of age as there are many stairs. We do have baby gates, so feel free to discuss this with the owner for more details.

I am happily married to Avril and we have 2 beautiful children, Helen & Malan. We live in Wellington - a beautiful town in the Cape Winelands in Western Cape, South Africa. The town is surrounded with mountains and vineyards, therefore worth a visit. My other favourite town is Hermanus where I grew up. With mountains, vineyards, sea, whales, cliff paths and so much more it is for me one of the most beautiful towns in the world. We provide accommodation that is surrounded with nature and therefore allow you to be sporty or just relax and let your soul fill up again... that is also the kind of places we prefer to visit.
