The space
The AKVA Smart Chalet is located on a private plot of land, high on the mountain, with an area of more than 40,000 m², providing total privacy and immersion in nature. Guests have exclusive access to a completely private area designed to ensure moments of contemplation and relaxation.

• Breakfast and other optional experiences. We request that you book up to 48 hours before the check-in date.
• High-speed satellite internet - Starlink.
• Fully automated chalet with Amazon Alexa, motorized curtains, projector with 74” screen, Netflix, YouTube and Spotify included.
• Climate-controlled environment with air-conditioning (heating and cooling).
• Products lovingly selected and arranged inside the chalet for your convenience - charged separately.
• Luxury suite with a queen-size bed, equipped with premium Buddemeyer bedding (300/400 threads) for maximum comfort.
• Gourmet kitchenette equipped with a minibar, microwave, air-fryer, portable 1-burner induction cooktop, Nespresso coffee maker (capsules available for purchase), silverware, pot, frying pan, cutlery, utensils, glasses, cups and bowls; and a counter table, ideal for both meals and home office.
• Charming covered balcony with table and chairs, string lights and a heated hot tub with chromotherapy under a charming pergola. Ideal for relaxing moments in total privacy and comfort, even on rainy days.
• Exclusive outdoor lounge with hammocks, fire pit, armchairs and coffee table – perfect for starry nights, a glass of wine or simply enjoying the peace and quiet of the place.
• Spa-like bathroom integrated with the hot tub on the balcony, for a relaxing and complete experience. Towels and amenities included, shower and sink with hot and cold water, hygienic shower, heated towel rack and LED mirror.
• Functional entrance hall with wardrobe, shoe rack and luggage rack, ensuring practicality for your stay.
• Private uncovered parking at the chalet's door for up to 2 cars.
Guest access
In addition to the private and exclusive areas, you can also enjoy the common areas of the land, collect fresh eggs, strawberries, blackberries and other seasonal fruits and vegetables directly from our gardens and orchards.
Other things to note
We'd like to share some important information before confirming your reservation:
ACCESS:
• To ensure the safety of guests and our own, we request a copy of all guest photo documents up to 48 hours before the day of check-in.
• The access password will be sent upon receipt of the documents.
ROAD:
• There is a 3km stretch of dirt road, normally in good condition.
PETS:
• We love pets and accept well-behaved ones, but we ask that they not climb on or sleep in the bed.
• Praying for the well-being and safety of everyone, especially your pet, we ask you never to leave them – inside or outside the chalet – without supervision.
WATER:
• We have a spring of mineral water inside the land.
• We monitor its quality and consume it, directly from the tap.
• For your convenience, you can also buy bottled mineral water, available inside the minibar, or bring.
ALIMENTAÇÃO:
• AKVA has equipment that prioritizes practical and fast meals – see more details in the listing description.
• We are 4km from the city center of Sapucaí-Mirim MG. Restaurants, pizzerias and snack bars deliver deliveries at the door of the chalet if you don't want to get around.
HOT TUB:
• We request that no products be used except neutral bath salts (sold separately inside the chalet). Other types of products may damage or stain the spa, causing irreparable damage to the equipment.
CLEANING
We do not charge a cleaning fee.
• For this reason, we kindly request that the chalet be returned in a similar state to the one delivered: clean, dry and organized.
• If this is not possible, you can let us know and hire our third party cleaning, in the amount of R$200, transferring the amount before your checkout.
IMPREVISTOS:
• We know that unforeseen events can happen. We request that, in the event of any damage, breakage or malfunction of any object, furniture or equipment, inform us immediately so that we can repair or replace it as soon as possible.
• Momentary power outages can occur in some specific situations and times. For your comfort and safety, we have emergency lamps inside the chalet.
