The best of Arraial do Cabo is here! Close to the most welcoming beach in the city, A PRAINHA, our penthouse brings together everything you need for a fantastic and unforgettable experience. With a fabulous view, all decorated in Greek style, this accommodation has a large living room with a small sofa bed, air conditioning, smart TV with efficient Wi-Fi, a full combined kitchen, a social bathroom with an electric shower, a master suite, an outdoor area with a swimming pool, a barbecue grill, a shower and a 360° gazebo.

The space
The penthouse is on the second floor and has a staircase for access. Only the entrance gate is shared with two other accommodations, Mykonos and Athens.
The penthouse has a living room with a full kitchen, with a small sofa bed for one person. The TV is smart with Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Globoplay with premiere channels. The Wi-Fi internet is efficient. In the kitchen we have a frost-free refrigerator, electric oven, microwave, cooktop, coffee maker, sandwich maker, blender, dishes, glasses, cups and cutlery. The social bathroom is spacious and has an electric shower. The suite has a double bed, bedside tables, masonry cabinet, air conditioning, bathroom with electric shower and ocean view.
Pool area (PRIVATE) with pergola, iron table with four chairs, outdoor sofa, shower, portable barbecue. A staircase leads to the terrace, which we call the gazebo, with 4 armchairs to admire the sunset and the fantastic view of Prainha, Praia do Forte, the city entrance and Praia Grande.

Guest access
Our little houses are located in the Prainha neighborhood, in front of the beach of the same name. The street is a steep, cobblestone paved uphill access where cars, motorcycles, taxis, Uber and motorcycle taxis arrive at the door.
There are humble houses nearby and neighbors on the left, right and back. All are long-time residents and, for the most part, fishermen and people who work in tourism and vacation rentals in the city.
Access to the beach is via the street, there is no trail to the sand. The distance is approximately 280 meters to Prainha.
