Our standard check-out time is 12Noon. There is a 10-minute grace period for check-out. Beyond this grace period, late check-out fees apply at Php150 after 12:10Noon and every hour after.
Late check-out is subject to unit availability, so we recommend notifying us the night before your departure if you plan to utilize this service.
📌Additional Cleaning Service
For long-stay guests who would like additional cleaning services (including changing of linens and towels, and general tidying of the room), please let us know in advance so we can check the availability of our housekeeper. Kindly note that there is a fee of Php 600 per additional cleaning service.

Guests have 24/7 access to the unit.
Please be advised that Air Residences has a strict no-visitor policy. As a result, we are unable to modify the list of registered guests on the day of check-in or afterward.
Pool Access:
- Air Residences charges Php150 per person on regular days and Php300 per person on holidays for pool access.
- A maximum of 2 tickets per day is allowed per unit.
- Pool tickets can be purchased directly from the admin office on weekdays.
- For weekend and holiday bookings, kindly inform us in advance if you’d like pool tickets (max 2 per day), so we can arrange the purchase for you.
Pool Hours: 6 AM – 10 PM daily
Proper swimming attire is required.
Other things to note
Paid parking is available in SM Air Mall's commercial areas. The rates are as follows:
Operating Hours: 24/7
Basement Level 1:
- Php50 / first 2 hours
- Php20 for each additional hour
