The space
Small 45 m2 ground floor house with a spacious bedroom including plenty of storage space.

The living room/living room/kitchen consists of a new and good quality sofa bed, oven, 3 induction hobs, Senseo coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, large fridge/freezer.
You will find the essential amenities.
A SMART TV completes the main room. you will have access to your Netflix accounts, youtube etc.

The bathroom consists of a walk-in shower, toilet and sink.

The small sunny garden, 30 m2, is pleasantly flowered with plants, cacti but also citrus fruits that will delight your sense of smell. Feel free to pick the fruit when there is some... We also ask our tenants to kindly water the plants during their stays so that future tenants can also find it flowering...
The garden is furnished with a table and 4 wrought iron chairs, 2 deckchairs. In the small patio, you will find a beach/pool kit including racket games, children's armbands, games to play in the sand and a parasol.
