Enjoy your summer holidays here in one of Aguilas' most modern luxury apartments designed by its creative director owner for entertaining and relaxing, with views of the sea from all the bedrooms, every day. Wake up to a quiet corner of the town, walk to the quiet local beach in only 5 minutes from your front door. This beach has a "chiringuito" beach bar in a popular hidden location, with live music, with another cafe decorated in the style of Gaudi tilings made by a famous local ex-footballer.

The space
A main salon/lounge space with 360 degree island layout and counter seating, cooking surface in island so you can face the sea and your friends/family whilst preparing food. Outside cooking kitchen area with bbq and sink. Main Terrace is huge space with dining area, a more informal seating area with parasol and an outdoor hammock bed. Smaller side terrace includes a quieter hammock and herb garden multi functional space. Three bedrooms - two doubles (master with queen size 180cm wide) and the third bedroom with two single sizes that can be put together for one large also as you require. Two bathrooms, one en suite for the master, the other shared by two bedrooms. Kitchen fully equipped with high grade NEFF appliances. Utility cupboard with washer/dryer machine and the water heater.

All the apartment plus communal pool. The trastero (garage storage cupboard) will be used at the moment to store my things, but the parking space 5 can be used.

El Hornillo is a quiet corner of Aguilas which is receiving the most development and expansion as it has some of the best views of the sea, across town, the mountains, it's own beaches away from the main tourist stretch, and yet only a 5 minute drive from the town centre. If walking, it takes about 5 minutes to the local beach, 10 minutes to the auditorium and main beaches and only 15 minutes more to the main plaza and town centre.

El Hornillo has its own 8 screen Cineplex, massive shopping centre including a full size Carrefour and Mercadona within 2 minutes of the apartment.

The famous Aguilas Pier is also visible from the terrace, which is being renovated to restore it to active use since it was decommissioned as a railroad loading boats many years ago - it will be restored for visiting and potentially for commercial use. This pier, railroad and much of Aguilas' infrastructure and landmarks were influenced and built by British visitors keen to export minerals and so the owner of this apartment proudly contributes to Aguilas life today in that spirit, in ocean conservation, diving, sailing, social and marine projects.
