Located in the iconic Itapuã neighborhood, close to beautiful beaches and 4 km from the airport, our pleasant house with a large garden is a green oasis ready to welcome those seeking tranquility.

The space
The advertised bedroom has a king size double bed, bedding and towels. Ceiling fan, lockable cabinet, window overlooking the garden, armchair.

- Shared bathroom with hot water shower.

- Kitchen: INCLUDES in the lodging price space in the refrigerator for personal purchases and use of utensils (dishes, glasses, cutlery).

But at times I may be busy at work or university class and I will not be available in person, so guests can send me a message and I will respond as soon as possible. :)

-We provide a gate access key for the guest's convenience regarding entry and exit at any time.
-We ask everyone to be mindful of energy use: please turn off the lights when you leave, turn off the fan and other appliances.
-Do not leave your belongings outside, we are not responsible for possible damage, either by the dogs, the rain or any other adversity.

Neighborhood highlights

We also recommend a visit to the wonderful Abaeté lagoon part of the APA (environmental preservation area) park and cultural heritage of our history.
Also close to the airport (4km, 10 to 15min by car). The area also offers a diversity of high quality restaurants, a market, and other services nearby. It is a neighborhood that has everything wonderful and accessible a few steps from this residence that is a green oasis.
