This beautiful lakefront house sits on a point with 180-degree views! With a calm channel on one side, it has full lake access with 150 feet of lakefront! This home is set up for entertainment! An outdoor bar, in-ground lagoon-style pool, hot tub, and fire pit make it perfect to spend time with family and friends. There are 3 bedrooms downstairs which include, very comfortable high-end beds such as the king master bedroom en-suite and 2 Queen-sized themed bedrooms, (The "SEA" room and The "PALM" room), and a fully stocked additional bathroom. Up the trendy spiral stairs, you will find a large amazing view room with black-out curtains and again with very comfortable beds including two twins, one queen, and one full-size bed, and a bathroom with a stall shower.
Enjoy the high-speed internet with "STAR-LINK"WiFi and smart TVs w/apps upstairs and down.
The kitchen is fully stocked and linens are provided. The coffee station includes decaf coffee and a water kettle for tea as well. Starter supplies include toilet paper, paper towels, and hand and body soaps. There are spices, coffee, and tea provided. Just Added: "State of the Art" Induction range, real convection oven with Air Fry" you must try.
BRING your own firewood for the fire pit if you wish to have a fire.

Lake County has been named the "new" Napa Valley! There are many wineries to visit in the area.
The climate and soil in Lake County make for amazing grapes with incredible sugar content. Award-winning wines are waiting for you to come and taste! See the Lake County Wine Association for maps and details.
Water fun? Rent boats and jet skis at the local Water Sports rental right here in Lakeport. (Ask for details)
If you bring your own boat, there is a private floating dock to tie up to, swim and fish off of right in your backyard.

"A Front Row," is on the water with your own private dock to tie up your boat, fish, or swim off of. Be the envy of the lake. Clearlake is a warm natural lake with ducks and birds in the backyard. There is fun for the whole family. Pull up a chair, sit down and relax under the market umbrella and gaze at the unprecedented view of Clearlake. Watch the boats go by and enjoy the sounds and smells of the "cleanest air" in California. Use the gas Weber BBQ on the patio and enjoy your favorite beverage. Be prepared for some incredible sunsets over the water right from your tree-lined yard. Enjoy the lakehouse!
