Your journey begins along a scenic country road, guiding you through a canopy of trees, where sunlight dances through the leaves, leading you to this charming A-Frame. Experience quiet mornings on the lake as you savor your coffee on the picturesque dock, fishing by the dock or embark on a paddling adventure to explore the pristine waters of Thirty Island Lake. This cozy waterfront retreat promises an unforgettable vacation experience

The space
Experience the perfect getaway at our inviting A-Frame retreat. The main level showcases a cozy living and dining room with a wood-burning fireplace, alongside a fully-equipped kitchen and a newly renovated full bathroom. Upstairs, discover a private main bedroom with a queen-sized bed, as well as an open loft bedroom with a double and a twin bed.

Enjoy the private sandy beach waterfront and the pristine waters of Thirty Island Lake, teeming with fish like Northern Pike and Largemouth Bass. Whether you choose to take a refreshing plunge from the dock, embark on exciting lake explorations with our complimentary canoe or kayak, or try your hand at fishing, the lake offers an unforgettable escape.

As the sun sets, enchanting evenings await at A-Frame on Thirty. Gather around the waterfront fire, toast marshmallows, and immerse yourself in the symphony of nature while reveling in the awe-inspiring views and starlit nights.

We use lake water at the cottage, so you will need to bring your own drinking water.

Families with children are welcomed to our cottage. However, we want to ensure your safety and comfort. Please be aware that the 2nd floor is accessible via ladder-like stairs, which may not be suitable for those uncomfortable with steep steps.

We provide four universal-size life jackets, so please remember to bring appropriate life jackets for your children.

Dogs are invited to join - please add them to your guest list. We're currently limiting to 1 dog but may allow for exceptions with an additional fee for the 2nd dog. Please message us before booking if you have more than 1 dog.
