There is plenty of space for games and fun, an evening in front of the fireplace, long walks, lots of activities and delicious dining places in Ebeltoft for all ages.

You get the whole house to yourself, so throw yourself on the sofa, the hammock and take a dinner nap, smile at the cute squirrels in the backyard, serve a delicious lunch, or read your book in front of the fireplace overlooking the forest.

The space
The house contains:

3 bedrooms with double beds. (1*180x200 & 2*140x200)

Toilet with shower.

Cozy living room with sofa, armchairs, blankets and books.

Wood stove (you must bring your own firewood), heat pump, games, books, Wi-Fi, TV with TV package and Chromecast.
Cozy kitchen with dining area for 8.
Kitchen equipment, flour, toilet paper, sugar, spices, coffee, tea, etc.

The car can be parked in the carport, fenced yard, swings, hammocks, sandbox, outdoor games.

We have made an effort to make the house look clean, tidy and nice for you, so your vacation starts as you want it.

You are 100% responsible for cleaning.

There are two options for cleaning:
1. Either you are 100% responsible for the cleaning, cf. the cleaning slip DKK 0.-
2. OR you can choose to have us do it. Then it must be booked. Price DKK 1500.-

You still have to take care of the toilet, dishes, oven, trash cans.

The cottage is equipped with cleaning supplies, toilet paper, spices, flour, coffee, sugar, candles, napkins and much more.

In addition: coffee maker, electric whisk, gas grill, microwave, tableware for 8 people.

You can use it all. It is only if you use something up that you may replace it with something new.

You must bring: towels, dishcloths, kitchen towels, bed linen, firewood for the wood stove, and possibly a tablecloth.

Electricity consumption is charged at DKK 5 per kWh.
You take pictures of the electricity meter on arrival and send them to me.
The same applies when you leave. Send me a photo of the electricity meter.

Electricity consumption is settled through Airbnb.

The key is in a lockbox, and you will receive the code for this a few days before.
