The studio can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests.
The space features a comfortable IKEA double bed as the main sleeping area, complemented by a sofa bed that easily converts into an additional sleeping space. The layout is designed to maximize both comfort and functionality while maintaining an open and inviting atmosphere.
❗Please note: The published rate includes 2 guests. Additional guests beyond the first 2 are charged ₱350 per person, per night, with a maximum occupancy of 4 guests.

To ensure a comfortable stay for you and consideration for our neighbors, we kindly ask guests to observe the following:

— Maximum of 4 registered guests (base rate includes 2 guests)
— Only confirmed and registered guests are allowed inside the unit
— Visitors are not permitted without prior approval
— Excess guests will be charged ₱350 per person per night
🔇 Quiet Hours
9:00 PM – 8:00 AM
— No parties, events, or loud gatherings are permitted.
— We strictly enforce this to maintain a peaceful environment within the building.
🚫 No Smoking Policy
‼️ Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the unit, bathroom, and near windows.
‼️ Smoking penalty: ₱1,000 (deep cleaning & odor removal fee).
Designated smoking areas are available outside the building.
🧺 Laundry Use
Use of the washing machine is permitted for stays of one week or longer only.
☁️ Cleanliness & Care
We appreciate guests treating the unit with care.
Before check-out, please:
— Wash used dishes
— Dispose of trash properly
— Keep the space tidy
— Turn off/unplugged appliances
⛔️ Excessive mess, stains, or heavy cleaning requirements may incur a cleaning fee starting at ₱1,000.
⛔️ Failure to turn off/unplug appliances and lights will incur a ₱1,000 penalty.
