Guests love this home’s scenic location.
Escape to this peaceful, resort-like 2-bedroom 1st floor condo. Dine on the terrace with ocean view. Walk out to a private beach and infinity pool exclusive to the gated community with 24-hour security. The kitchen has everything you need, including a dishwasher. Relax in the master suite in a king size bed. Second bedroom has queen bed and ensuite bathroom. Smart TVs with cable in both bedrooms & living room. Laundry room with washer & dryer in the unit. Sofa has pull-out bed if needed.

The space
This 2-bedroom condo features air conditioning in every room. It has a beachy vibe for you to relax in. The kitchen has a coffee maker and coffee available upon arrival, along with all the other necessities to make cooking easy.
The living room has smart tv with cable. The sofa can pull out into a bed if needed. The cabinet has books and games for your entertainment. Wifi is included as well.
A large storage cabinet in the hallway will hold any extra items you may have. It also has beach towels, extra sheets and towels. Extra pillows are located in the 2nd bedroom closet.
The master bedroom has a balcony with ocean view. Both bedrooms have smart TVs with cable and their own ensuite bathrooms.
The second bedroom has a safe in the closet. It also has a desk to use as a workspace.
The laundry room has both a washer and dryer.
The terrace is a fabulous space for relaxing or enjoying a meal. The outdoor fan keeps the space cool when the wind dies down.
We also have 2 beach chairs and an umbrella for the beach for your enjoyment.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire property, including the private beach, infinity pool, second pool, and spa. The property also has a playground, pool table and BBQ area.

Other things to note
Electricity is additional for stays over 4 days. Meter reading will be taken upon arrival and check-out. Payment to be made to our co-host, Shannon, upon check-out.
We have 2 beach chairs and an umbrella for the beach.
