1 open concept dining room/living room.

Dining room table seats 6 comfortably and also good space for work desk should it be required.

Living room is equipped with comfy 3 seater sofa and 2 chairs. An electric fire place is also available.

Additional sun room with sofa and chairs.

Guests access the house via the side entrance of the building with its own built in porch. Details of access code will be provided upon check in. This flat is on the upper level with stairs to access.

Please note Act 2 is upper level flat and Act 1 is the lower level flat also rented out to guests. Separate units with each their own entrances.
