Other things to note
⚠️MAX 2 licensed dog only. No other animals, birds or reptiles. Proof of municipal licensing is required as well as proof of active flea and tick repellent medication. Guests that bring unapproved dogs RISK CANCELATION at no cost/penalty to the Hosts.
⚠️Dogs to be taken off property to be relieved. Must be fully house trained -no pee pads use.
⚠️No Mailbox access.
⚠️No child proofing.
⚠️ Exterior surveillance system in use
⚠️Not wheelchair accessible, multiple steps leading to the unit.
⛔No Third Party bookings. This means no booking for family, friends, employees etc.
⚠️Children and pets live on property
Our young family lives right upstairs. As this is a basement suite, you may hear regular household noise and foot steps from above but we adhere to quiet hours and are actively teaching the kids about the hospitality business and mindfulness with volume and their own bodies. Never hesitate to ask us for anything from directions and recommendations to noise control and booking convenience services during your stay! You may see us doing yard work and utilizing the hose on your side of the house during spring and summer. You'll also see us when we are doing snow removal. In Fall months you may see our sxs trailer parked on our side of the driveway and may see us loading. We apologize for any inconveniences in advance and try our best to be quick and efficient in this process.
Garbage day is Fridays. If you should have any trash to dispose of you can throw it right in the bin parked infront of the garage! If you've acquired some recycling don't hesitate to message us and we can store it in the garage with ours until Friday 🙂
