Swimming (Adult and Kiddie Pool):
♠️ Rate: Php 150 per guest on regular days and Php 300 per guest on holidays. Pool is open from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily, and closed during Mondays for regular cleaning.
♠️Admin office is located near the pool area at the 8th floor on Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM to assist you with any queries.
♠️REMINDER:
🔘You need to wear appropriate swimwear and take a quick shower before going to the pool.
🔘No food and drinks allowed into the pool area.
🔘Diving is not allowed.
🔘Dry off and change into dry clothes before entering the building.
Other things to note
PLEASE NOTE ❗️
♠️All guests needs to have a copy of one valid government-issued ID for all guests staying at Air Residences. Local guests can provide a local ID, while foreign guests can provide their passport.
♠️Once booked, please send us a copy of the mentioned documents as soon as possible to avoid any issues during check-in. Once we receive the documents, we'll secure your guest authorization form/entry permit
♠️Upon check-in, the receptionist will require a valid ID or passport from all guests to be left at the reception in exchange for a Guest Pass.
Note: You can ask for your ID each time you leave the building if you need it with you.
House Rules ♠️
1. No smoking is allowed within the building, inside the unit, or at the balcony.🚫
2. Noise curfew from 10pm onwards.
3. No parties or similar events to be held inside the unit.🚫
4. No hanging of any clothes or other items on the balcony. 🚫
5. Please take the rubbish out to the Garbage Room (located near the elevator), especially leftovers and takeaway containers.
6. To help maintain the cleanliness and quality of our beddings, we kindly ask that you refrain from consuming food or drinks inside the bedroom.
7. To ensure everyone's safety, please turn off all appliances whenever leaving the unit. Please remember to turn off the stove after cooking.
8. Pets are not allowed in the building.🚫
9. To maintain the proper functioning of the toilet and avoid any inconvenience, we kindly request that you dispose of used toilet paper in the bin provided instead of flushing it down the toilet.
10. Please remove your shoes after entering our unit and leave them near the door.🚫
11. Please take good care of our furnitures. Any damages will be charged accordingly.
12. We strictly prohibit any illegal substances on the premises. ❌
