The space
The studio is located on the third floor of a private commercial building in which there are four other independent rooms, the entrance is made with a key that is given to you at the time of check-in.
While smoking is not allowed inside the rooms, it should be noted that there is a very simple large terrace on which our guests are allowed to smoke.
Guest access
Check-in is after 2:00 pm. However, we are flexible with prior registration and coordination of the same upon check-in.
Check-out is in person and is before 11 am. However, we give our guests the possibility to leave their luggage in the office for a few hours
Note.- All visits during the day must be registered in advance for the safety of our guests

After that, during the night (from 8:00 pm to 8:30 am) the entrance to the building is through a doorbell with cameras which the night manager monitors for the safety of everyone in the building. The entrance is simple, you can also communicate with the WhatsApp group. We do not have restrictions regarding the check-in or check-out times of our guests during their stay.
