HYDROMASSAGE JACUZZI | WOOD
We promote the conscious use of natural resources!
- The use of the Jacuzzi is exclusive to guests, and 1 use is included in the accommodation rate. From the second use, a fee of R$ 50.00 is charged.
- We provide a bundle of firewood for the fireplace and the floor fire. For extra supplies, a fee of R$ 40.00 will be charged.
NOTE: Due to power instability, the Jacuzzi can only be activated when the power is stable. For safety reasons, on rainy days or when there is lightning or thunder, we do not operate.

PET RULES:
- Accepted only if they are in the reservation!
- They cannot climb on beds, sofas.
- Regardless of race your pet needs to be DOCILE.
- They cannot enter the pool.
- Collect the dirt of your pet.

IMPORTANT:
You are in AN AREA of FOREST/environmental preservation, where the weather can change at any time (heavy rains) and (power outages).
We have a SMALL GENERATOR (which can keep: refrigerator, internet, lamps, fan) and an EXTRA toilet (with a gas shower), released in case of this emergency.
We keep the area of the constructions always clean of bush to avoid the entry of animals, but remember that you are in a forest area, where there may be presence of animals/ insects. Bring your repellent and antiallergics as extra forms of prevention.
There are places around the lake (in the lower part), we are in the upper part, but you could hear the sound of brush, dog, rooster, music).
Guest access
The entire outdoor area “around” the buildings. Access is restricted only to our private house (SEPARATE from the rental area).
Other things to note
LOUD NOISE is not allowed.
Visits by other non-guests are not allowed on site.
Smoking is expressly prohibited in the interior areas of the accommodation or throwing cigarette guimbas on the ground.
Pets are accepted with RULES (read in the listing description). And only if they are INFORMED in the reservation!!!!
We do not allow children!!!!
Adults with mobility difficulties, we do not make any restrictions on receiving them, but we reinforce that the place IS NOT SUITABLE.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHANGE OF REQUESTED DATES 14 days before checkin. If you want to change dates, please note that you can request up to 15 days before.
