Located in the heart of downtown and minutes from Old Town Albuquerque and our artisan food hall, the Sawmill Market. This location is ideal for tourists, folks here for work, or a couple's getaway.

Pets:
Are not permitted. Snuck-in pets will result in extra charges and cleaning fees.

Parking:
You park in front of the Flamingo.
Gated parking will keep your car safe (but you must have a compact/standard-size car, large vehicles will NOT fit) Also, you will need to back into the parking space as if you are parallel parking

Supplies:
We will get you started with tp, trash bags, etc. However, you will be responsible for purchasing additional items if needed.

Guest access
There are 2 other units on the property so please follow parking guidelines as mentioned below. Gated parking will keep your car safe (but you must have a compact/standard size car, large vehicles will NOT fit) Also, you will need to back into the parking space as if you are parallel parking

Other things to note
The address is tied to the main residence is an additional rental property, your Airbnb unit is in their backyard. Access to your Airbnb is behind the home from the alleyway between 11th and Luna St.

You will be in the heart of Albuquerque and in walking distance to downtown, old town, the bosque trails, and the Rail Yards. All your basic needs can be found right out the front door. A grocery store is only 1 block away; laundrymat 4 blocks away; and tons of restaurants, breweries, and distilleries to explore.

Helpful Hint- For guests looking for a monthly rental, if you stay for 31 nights, you are not charged occupancy tax.
